Kirsty is a long term client of mine and has made some amazing progress over time…
We entered the CrossFit Cheltenham mixed pairs competition in February 2018. Kirsty started to plateau with her weight loss so we changed it up! We started to do weekly check-ins on both weight and take measurements to keep her more accountable. Over an 8 week period Kirsty lost a stone, plus significant amounts on her measurements, most notably 12cm off her waist.With continued PTs & Bootcamps Kirsty has gone onto have more weight loss.Great work Kirsty!
